oh ok, the class got successfully generated and can be found in the build folder, however the activity doesn't seem to have access and can't import it for some reason

I just use

Is there a way to hide an interface method from Android Studio autocomplete?

I am creating a library where I have a method that I want to use in the library, but don't want to expose to the application developer.

interfaces can only be public, so wondering if there is an annotation that can hide the method from autocomplete

Looks like its the 25.1.0 support libs causing the issue. Downgrading solved the problem.

hi guys, does anyone of you get "unresolved supertypes" errors with Kotlin 1.0.6? Didn't have them with 1.0.5-2. Typical error message looks like this

e: Supertypes of the following classes cannot be resolved. Please make sure you have the required dependencies in the classpath:
    class com.leanplum.ActionContext, unresolved supertypes: d

I'm using AS 2.3 Beta 1 (with Android Gradle plugin 2.3.0-beta1 and Gradle 3.2).

For me it's always the same class, but I doubt it has something to do with the Leanplum library where this class originates from. btw d is the obfuscated name of the superclass, just in case you're wondering.

nope, some of the libraries we depend on are obfuscated, but the main project isn't

So just to clarify: the d itself is the correct super class - it just for some reason cannot be resolved by the compiler...

i’m using 1.0.6-eap-77 and AS2.3b1 and having serious issues trying to use Data Binding. always getting

. i definitely have the kapt generatestub` and kapt databinding compiler configurations everyone recommends, so i’m pretty baffled at this point.
