    Looks like you're trying to implement a method that already exists on enum classes, the valueOf() one. Is either that or you misunderstood enums and are trying to use them as normal classes (enums cannot be instantiated)

    The problem, for me, would lie in a situation where you require Robolectric for your Presenter (which points to an abstraction failure)

    Hi ! I need to document Kotlin code in an Android Project, but looks like JavaDoc doesn’t work. Do anyone knows a good documentation tool with Android and Kotlin ? I would like to just have to create comments with keywords (like javadoc) and just generate documentation from this

    I am wondering, where is stored
    -Xreport-perf
    for android project? I added the flag:
    tasks.withType(org.jetbrains.kotlin.gradle.tasks.KotlinCompile).all {
        kotlinOptions {
            freeCompilerArgs = ['-Xreport-perf']
        }
    }
    And see in kotlin daemon logs, flag was added. But no output about this

    ‼️ Hi, I’ve got a weird issue: Currently we a using kotlin version “1.1.1” in our android project. I’d like to update to the the latest version (“1.1.3"). But if I do so and I compile the project I get the following error:
    Error:Uncaught translation error: com.android.dx.cf.code.SimException: at stack depth 2, expected type kotlin.ranges.IntRange but found int
    Error:1 error; aborting
    Error:Execution failed for task ':app:transformClassesWithDexForStudoDebug'.
    com.android.build.api.transform.TransformException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.android.ide.common.process.ProcessException: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.android.ide.common.process.ProcessException: Return code 1 for dex process
    Has anyone experienced / solved this issue? ‼️

    @nounours I'm using Conductor in multiple production apps -- it's fantastic. Especially nice if you need to do nested views -- dealing with nested Fragments is a nightmare but is easy with Conductor's Controllers. Highly recommend you at least try it and see if its worth bringing into your project

    The reason I think the issue is around stub generation, is because if I declare an empty interface (even if it is in kotlin), make the dao interface extend this empty interface and only reference the empty interface in the dagger module method signatures, I don’t get an error

    @sam.oen It depends on your use case. You can use in-app payments without own server if all in-app purchases are completely local. But people with root devices can hack it and buy something without payment.
