I have this code and I got this exception from Crashlytics
Fatal Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: readValue(content, jacksonTypeRef<T>()) must not be null
I couldn’t understand what is being null here. Any idea?

Relatively new to Kotlin, getting there, coming from iOS/Swift, can read Java… Since I’m striving for some code parity between iOS and Android, there is a custom inspection or two I’d like to write for Android Studio + Kotlin. But I’m just not finding any direction or examples on how one goes about such a thing. 😕

First big project I'm using kotlin. The app seems to have a memory leak issue. I'm trying to understand what it is and I see a lot of "Class" allocations that never gets deallocated. I've looked into those and looks like every time I've a lambda an allocation like that happens. I'm not 100% sure the memory leak is there but so far I couldn't find any deallocation of those.

I need help sorting list. val times = mutableListOf<String>() val temps = mutableListOf<String>() These two list could have up to 2000 - 5000 strings in each list. They will always be equal in size. I need to sort the times list and have the temps list follow it. What is the fastest method to do this? The times are unix time stamps.

Try #getting-started or #general , for questions that are not android-kotlin specific, there's more poeple that help out there...
