I was updating a project from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2-eap-77, and now compilation fails because I use an

inside an inner class. This is addressed in https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-16232, but it worked fine in 1.1.1. Is it known that this change is breaking, and is it intentional?

is not what matters here; the key thing is that such an object would have access to an outer class instance, which is conceptually impossible because an object is a singleton

Is it known that Android Studio 2.4-preview 6 with the 1.1.2-eap-77-studio2.4-1 plugin does not parse compilation errors anymore? The Messages pane only shows "> Compilation error. See log for more details"

no, and it doesn't look like something we could fix on the Kotlin plugin side

It does work with the 1.1.1-release-Studio2.4.-1 version of the plugin though

Super cool. I had a brainfart recently I couldn't find for a few minutes: calling copy without named parameter, where first two data class properties were of the same type and I wanted to change the second. This sure would help find it in seconds instead.

How do you enable it? using latest plugin.

I'm on dev version, not eap.
