very impressive results given the higher complexity of the kotlin language. although ... the fact that there are still bugs being fixed in the incremental compilation means we must take these results with a small pinch of salt. it is easy to be faster if you don't compile things when you should.

I think this is first CodeForces "normal round" where Kotlin is supported
