@bamboo it's not a replacement of hover-hint, but I found basic completion (^Space) useful to peek at the types

set the channel topic: Kotlin plugin for IntelliJ IDEA

I’m getting a “Kotlin not configured” warning at the top of a .kt file in a newly created project. I click “Configure”, it says “Choose configurator”, I select “Gradle” (because I’m using Gradle), then “All modules”, “Ok”, but nothing happens (it continues to give the Kotlin not configured warning). It also doesn’t seem to be pulling in dependencies from my build.gradle

This is in 15.0.4, Kotlin plugin version 1.0.0-release-LJ143-70

I’ve tried using Kotlin versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.0-rc-1017 in my build.gradle file

Any ideas?

Ah, I think invalidating caches and restarting has fixed it

Is it possible to force annotation Nullability inspections as error for a specific target ? (it's an android studio project)

inspections > Java > Probably bugs > @NonNull/@Nullable problems and change severity

it's a project wide and some targets are not ready for error severity

or maybe I didn't find how to apply the parameter to a specific target

I don’t think there is an option for changing severity of a specific target.

Interesting. I prefer the left one and that because I want to get the if and else in columns not dependent on the length of the variable name.

After a few minutes of happily editing my Kotlin project, suddenly I get a “Kotlin not configured” error, and a bunch of errors in my code for dependencies that no longer seem to be visible to IntelliJ. The error has a “configure” link which has a “Gradle” option. I choose “All modules”, and Kotlin plugin version 1.0.0, hit “ok” but it doesn’t fix the problem.

I have found that if I invalidate Caches and Restart the issue seems to resolve itself, at least for a few minutes, but then it happens again

Anyone have any ideas?
