What I would like to know is if there is a way to search for a FQN-like property in *.yaml file. For instance how can I search for server.port (both in properties, yaml and java files), considering I have the following in a yaml file,

I think something happened in latest version of intellij, I'm constantly loosing focus when using dialogs like Ctrl+shift+(A|N|etc.) then I have to click in the editor to get the cursor again.

Can somebody explain me why some IntelliJ updates work with the in app updater and sometimes I have to download a new version from the website? What are changes the internal updater can’t apply?

In IntelliJ, is there a way to have "// todo: " to specify some sort of priority / identation, so I can have a list of indented todos in a hierarchy tree, where clicking on them brings me to the relevant file

I keep getting:

Even though my pom.xml has

<kotlin.version>1.2.51</kotlin.version>

macOS + IntelliJ CE 2018.02 + kotlin master branch is constantly “Scanning for files to index” and from the logs. Is a workaround?

it happens to me often that I pull, I run, get errors, then I realize I need to sync gradle..

I apologise if this has been brought up before, but after updating intellij to 2018.2 and kotlin to 1.2.51 (or higher) a dependency that I compiled with Kotlin doesn't seem to get recognised in my current project when writing in .kt, but if i write in .java the references to the dependency are recognised

I've been getting this particular exception from the Kotlin plugin everytime I start IntelliJ for a while now. Happened on 1.2.51 as well as 1.2.60 and the 1.3 EAP, manually deleting the cache folder mentioned in the Exception didn't help either. Anyone know what that's about?
