yup, I see okio-snapshot

So that’s a more general problem with builds, when the transitive closure leads to two incompatible libraries being put on the classpath

When this happens, kobalt only uses the highest version number and removes all the others, that’s probably what we’re seeing here. I could modify this algorithm to exclude snapshots from that, it would solve the problem here but might not be wise overall

Kobalt resolves all the dependencies and it finds it needs

okio-1.6.jar

and

okio-2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

. Only one of these should appear on the classpath, so Kobalt picks the highest version, which is the snapshot

Why does it think it needs the snapshot? It doesn't add the snapshot to the classpath if 1.6 is already downloaded from before

I suspect one of your other dependencies needs it

Looks like the breaking happens between okhttp 3.2.0 (which uses okio 1.6) and okhttp 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT (which needs okio 2.0-SNAPSHOT)
