    Why does cgywin is required? It doesn't play nice with IDEA terminal.

    @yoavst: It's just that I haven't tried to make kobalt work with CMD.exe. It will eventually.

    @yoavst: Try 0.222, it should work better with the 
    build-tools
    directory

    I'm changing to 
    kobalt.version=0.222
    doing 
    kobaltw --update
    and it change the file back to 
    kobalt.version=0.219

    If you update the file yourself, why call 
    --update
    ? That's what 
    --update
    does: if changes the properties file then runs kobalt

    Either you update the .properties manually or you call 
    --update
    , don't do both

    is simpler since it doesn't require you to know what that latest version number is

    I'm going to improve the android plug-in so you no longer require that repo line, maybe that will fix this problem
