@nish I'm looking for a more automated approach, so that when the high-level wrapper goes out of scope/gets deleted, it automatically unrefs/frees the gobject CPointer. Objects could potentially be long-lived as well (assigned to properties, for example), and could outlive a simple scoped block.

Has anyone tried using SIMD intrinsics with native yet? It seems like it should be possible.

Would be interesting to see if Kotlin Native can interact with some of the Python (CPython) standard lib, by calling Python 🐍 from Kotlin :kotlin: . In theory Python (CPython), and Kotlin Native uses libffi for C interop so it should be possible. How much interest would there be for a Python interop sample ❔
