@orangy How did the Kotlin Slack end up dealing with the 10k msg limit? The Gradle Community Slack channel is about hit this same limit. Did Jetbrains register the Kotlin Org as a not-for-profit? CC: @eriwen

Also, wouldn’t a list hosted elsewhere have the exact same problem?

I shared this in #random, but I don't want to come across as spam as it isn't (yet) Kotlin related. I assumed it was okay, but now I'm wondering if it's even too off topic there. Should I avoid this kind of thing in the future? I'm only sharing it for entertainment, but I'm worried it may come across as spammy self-promotion.

Seems like other people can relate to this as well. After a quick search, looks like he is usually taking fights with people downvoting his strange questions.

Hey guys, I had created one channel for each of my libraries. But now it's getting too many libraries and channels, so I use only one channel for all. Can someone please archive #fluid-meta and #fluid-mongo? 🙂

I stupidly closed my main account awhile back, which had a few channels under it ... Who would I need to contact to get it reopened? And/or have those channels transferred to this account and/or have them deleted so I can readd them manually. Thanks; Sorry.

To me, this is: 1. Off topic 2. Inappropriate given this is documented and can be found on Kotlin and Java doc, and can also be found in IDE. 3. Abusive given this new user is asking many questions, and it doesn't seem he does some research before. Wild idea: Make an #android-random channel where non strictly Kotlin related topics are allowed. I'm not sure I'd join the channel, but it might be a good place for the people that go off-topic in #android (that happens quite often) or might want to.
