i think it will help tame ViewModels if they start getting too large. I think Command might eliminate a little boilerplate too since the View can tie directly to this and not force the ViewModel to make trivial delegations

Not needed in all cases if the view and model have a close correlation

I found that Commands "force" more logic into the Controller or ViewModel (whichever one yo choose) and keeps the Views cleaner. I also like that you no longer need to wrap your actions in

runAsync

, since you just need to configure the Command with

async = true

to achieve the same. You can even push them onto the ui thread by setting

ui = true

. Actually very convenient once I started understanding them better.

@ron I've been thinking about using Fn instead of CapsLock for some of the key combos as well. But for arrow keys, home, end, pageup/down CapsLock is perfect.

@edvin i use AHK sometimes. That is the best platform to script elaborate pranks and deploy on coworkers who haven't locked their computer.
