No, problem, I've done the same several times in the plugin. It's hard when you can't test for every possible use case. You don't know the environment it will be used in as well.

@edvin Hey just curious.. whatever happened to the T-Shirt idea?

@kastork I talked to the designer who created the logo and he wants to make some adjustments to it, and maybe so something more out of FX (plus change the color). I want him to finish before I make t-shirts 🙂

I will update the plugin so it uses the new syntax for bindings. It's so much nicer to look at.

It will look better in the screencast 😎 Some times I feel like I'm cheating - rigging the framework for the screencasts. But those improvements all make TornadoFX even nicer to work with, so I regret nothing!

It's all about marketing 😉

I just want the code to look as beautiful as possible. It's important to get that warm fuzzy feeling when you're looking at a piece of code 🙂

I think it has more to do with the person being new to Kotlin than with the explanation in the guide, but it's an interesting peek into the mind of a Kotlin beginner. I can certainly understand how one would think this would work.

@edvin Interesting, maybe we could add a hint that all injectable classes in tfx have to be no args constructor 😉 if the guide doesn't contain the hint yet... You also commented about the

reloadStylesheetsOnFocus

function I didn't know that it is enough to just mark the checkbox in the run config, I some how though you need the function call or both 🙈 I add an Issue and will try to clarify that in the guide 😉 ASP.

@nimakro Good points, and thanks! I'm not sure that the guide mentions the need for the no args constructor, so it's a good idea to check and add it if it's missing 🙂

I accidentally nested fieldsets inside the fieldset, but it turned out great, thanks to the feature request Mike put in a way back. Forms now supports arbitrary nested layouts, so a fieldset in a fieldset and no field inside those fieldsets renders just fine. As a bonus for my mistake I got a bit bigger font size for the field labels 😁
