@amanda.hinchman-dominguez From your last screenshot it looks like you're depending on TornadoFX 1.7.11 still, not TornadoFX 1.7.12-SNAPSHOT. Can you post your pom.xml?

@amanda.hinchman-dominguez Here's my setup. In order to get Edvin's latest changes, you'll need to build the TornadoFX project yourself. I fork the repo. This makes a "bekwam/tornadofx" from "edvin/tornadofx". I can then do anything I want with my copy. If I want to contribute a change, I commit to my repo (bekwam/tornadofx) and submit a PR to Edvin who will pull the change into edvin/tornadofx. I update my bekwam/tornadofx repo, frequently merging in edvin's and other's changes gathered in edvin/tornadofx.

After merging in the latest changes from Edvin, I build. Right now, this will build the TornadoFX 1.7.12-SNAPSHOT. The result is a JAR in your local Maven repo.

Then, in your project, make a reference to your local Maven repos' build 1.7.12-SNAPSHOT JAR. This will be a moving target if you want to stay current with the latest.

I sent her instructions on how to clone the project and build locally, as well as using the published snapshots 🙂 Not sure which approach she went for 🙂

hi guys! quick question, I'm trying to give css styles to a drawer's toggleButtons, but the first one should be a different color and there's no "first-of-type" pseudoclass as far as I know, so is there a way to get a DrawerItem's toggleButton to give it a particular css class?

@anidotnet Great work! By the way, I just remembered that scrollpane actually already supports this behavior, and we've supported the configuration of it since TornadoFX 1.6.2. Sorry about that 🙂 These functions are still very helpful though. When you create a scrollpane, just pass

fitToWidth = true, fitToHeight = true

to use the built in mechanism for it. I'm updating the CHANGELOG to describe your additions as well!

@amanda.hinchman-dominguez Cool, looking good! What's the memory issue? Do you need "real" pagination so that you don't have to load the entire list beforehand? I could add that as well if needed. I wanted to wait until there is a use case, but I was thinking about it.

I tried fitToHeight for scrollpane but it was not useful for my use case.

fitToHeight was never showing vscroll for me

I have a vbox inside scrollpane. That vbox has a titledpane inside it. When I expand the titledpane, vscrollbar never appears. But when I use this functions, it worked perfectly well.

I think it has to do with the fact that we're configuring

minHeight/Width

. That's probably not what happens in the built in function.
