onDock

inside of a View that is added to the Workspace, those changes are tracked by the Workspace and removed when the View is undocked. To make permanent changes you can create your own subclass of Workspace.

@edvin one qq. How do I create a dynamic wizard. Say from the first view, I need to select some option, depending on the options, I like to create and add other views dynamically to the wizard. How do I do that?

I think you have to go back about a year

@jschneider You should be able to dynamically manipulate the

pages

list of the Wizard. I haven't tried it, but it should work. If there are issues with things like Next/Prev/Finish buttons not updating I'll fix it of course 🙂

Hey guys. I want to have a navigation tree within my workbench that allows me to change the views. What is the way to go? Create a "MainView" that contains a split pane with tree and a possibility to add Fragments? Or add the tree to the Workbench directly?

Stupid. I called root.bottom = label() 😉

with root.bottom = Label() it works as expected

with(root.bottom) { label() }

I have a strange behavior when docking the same view multiple times. View A is docked, View B is docked --> Backward button is enabled, back/forward works as expected Then I tried this: dock View A --> Forward button is enabled (as expected) dock View A (again) --> Forward button is disabled (not expected) I think I understand why this is the case (from a technical point of view), it feels like a bug for a user.

@jschneider Are you able to create a simple test case for me to debug?
