Yeah, it's kind of confusing. Hard to come up with a word that works in every situation, but

really feels like a misnomer in almost all cases, unless you're adding an icon to the cell.

No, just that the cell by default has "slots" for these two and will render the graphic to the left of the label that contains the text you assign.

We could get rid of all that by introducing a new function that uses a custom cell of course, but I don't know if it's needed.
