Would it be reasonable to add a ViewModel#onSuccess( successFn: () -> Unit = {} ) function so that it caches the successFn for use when ViewModel#commit() is called? In my use case it's simpler to so this external to the ViewModel than override the onCommit() function in the class declaration.

how do I register multiple mouseClicked handlers? a feature like that would be useful.

tornadofx is sometimes very counter intuitive. if you do the following, onDoubleClick will just be replaced. I'm not sure if this function should be called onDoubleClicked when it sets a listener/handler instead of adding one. definitely not my expectation.

@wineluis this is consistent with what JavaFx does for setOnMouseClicked which this extension function delegates to. If you are familiar with JavaFx then the semantics are consistent.
