If you wanted to do the null check (just to be extra safe), you could do

children?.forEach { ... }

getChildren()

does make an empty list and returns it.

But I don't think it's needed. I'm pretty sure it should always return an empty list, assuming nothing crazy happens with bindings.

@abhinay I think that's a good option if you want the tenkeyless. If you want a pure 60% then POK3R is a good option at about the same price 🙂

That uses a switch called "Topre". I was just chatting with someone on Discord who swears by the Topre Type Heaven which is fullsized but much cheaper
