I almost feel like this needs to be it's own utility. If I'm going to be animating discrete optimization problems (which I think I'll be doing a ton of), this might be worth building.

so have you figured out how to extend the animation ? can you copy all keyframes that were not played into a new animation along with the new keyframes ? how bad would that jitter i wonder

Here's what I have so far... I modified @carlw's scenario to visibly alternate moving the circle left and right. But each new request doesn't wait for the previous one.

. Suggestions to improve implementation are welcome. It is working for the TSP app, although it gets a little laggy sometimes probably due to synchronization 🤔

@edvin I do not want to create a new class to represent each data read from different sources (tables, files, etc). How shoud be the call to column()? When there is a type for example Person, column() works like ("Name", Person :: Name).

@Douglas Arantes Just create the TableView instance without columns and then add columns once you have the data available 🙂

So, OpenJFX is releasing JavaFX as an SDK and also as maven artifacts starting 11

it'll work with 10 too, but not with the Oracle 10 JDK which includes JavaFX

It won't work with a JDK which contains JavaFX already. So, it won't work with Oracle JDK 10 but it will work with OpenJDK 10 or Azul JDK 10.
