I'm refactored one function : resizeCall and I started with resizeAllColumns. (although I know I probably should make it an object...)

divideSpaceUnderRemainingColumns is almost resizeRemainingColumns but ignores minWidth

i think it should consider minWidth. that's in the spec for TableColumn

maybe that can establish a floor with the other columns for your divide() function?
