Hm.. that's interesting. I would think that calling

reloadStylesheetsOnFocus()

will have the same effect then. If so it would be super helpful if you can create a small test case so I can investigate.

And I got to remember that.. if you get the log message about reloading but you don't see changes, it's most probably that HotSwap is disabled.

Edvin do you manually triger the file compilation or it can be set to be done automatically? cos now i use the shortcut every time...

The plugin doesn't touch compilation in any way, but I think it's possible to compile when IDEA looses focus if you want it like that.

Actually, this seems to be a plugin feature in the JBoss plugin (and most of the web container plugins) so maybe I need to add something similar to the plugin as well.

It would be really helpful to get someone experienced in writing IDEA plugins on board. I have no experience and I'm fumbling in the dark a lot 🙂

Manipulating Kotlin code is vastly different. They have created new APIs for Kotlin. They are much sexier, but they don't resemble their Java counterparts much, and there is no documentation.

@Ruckus: I think I found a bug in the CSS support. CSS classes defined with camelCase are no longer converted to lowercase with

. Earlier,

labelContainer

would become

label-container

but now it is just

labelContainer

. Intentional or bug? 🙂

@vach: Sweet! I assume we'll get some tips from there, and if the answer is we need to support this in the plugin then maybe we can get help to figure out how to do it.

@vach Thanks! Not a bad idea because that always confused me too. Some people initially think RxJava is just a composable event bus. But it "replays" data to each subscriber for cold observables, while hot observables send data simultaneously to all subscribers. I think I talk about that in my "The Problem with Subjects" article, which you might be referring to. I will see if I can add that detail.
