It is really nothing TornadoFX specific about entering fullscreen, you just need access to the stage. I suspect Ron tried to do this before the stage was assigned. A good place to do it would be in your

App

class, by overriding

start(stage)

.

Here I took the default TornadoFX Maven Project template from the IDEA plugin and just added the start function:

@User uploaded a file: Untitled

however when I put it in the mainview at the end of init it works like a charm

rofl that works too 😉

Here I toggle fullscreen using a Button:

@User uploaded a file: Untitled

If that View was opened in a Fragment however, I would call

modalStage

instead of

primaryStage

.

@thomasnield Nice collection enhancements, I've run into the need for a couple of those many times, often when dealing with drag and drop to reorder. I think many of them would fit nicely into Kotlin stdlib

@ron @edvin I might have made a mistake I'll check.

I didn't check the function btw, but moving from 8 to 7 is moving up when I think of a List btw 🙂 Move down is increasing the index.

(That's my first thought at least)
