thanks for getting the "companion object @JvmStatic" out. that's a pretty formidable syntax for the starting point

your changes are merged in ron. LMK if i messed anything up Git-wise

your file structure is in effect and the mods to the main entry point integrated

i'm going to clean up the selectAll handling

After that, i think the only thing remaining will be to swap out the .fxml for builders (which will get rid of my custom cellCache)

@carlw Switching to builders will get rid on an enormous amount of boilerplate, the whole thing will be much shorter 🙂

@carlw You could also consider using the

SortedFilteredList

to remove some of the boilerplate there, unsure how much impact it would make though

@edvin I hadn't seen the SortedFilterList class. Seems similar to what I'm doing in TodoItemModel with the viewableItems property. It'll probably fit better with the builders where I do something like togglebutton { data.filterWhen( selectedProperty() .... }

The ToggleGroup change looks good. I'm going to set the gradle build file to 1.5.7-SNAPSHOT so anyone pulling should have this built on their system
