@ron I can't remember the Swing library I used, but there was/is an open source one for graphing... I worked well.

the signature I was aiming for with Vertex is

new Vertex(String label)

and

new Vertex(Node content)

@Ruckus I was thinking about the presentation I'm creating for TornadoFX, and as I mentioned I'd like to use the view transitions as a slideshow. Then I thought maybe we should create a slideshow component that formalizes this a bit more. What do you think? Would it be useful?

@ron If you only drag to move, nothing changes except for the offset. If you should be able to drag and drop on another node, then of course it changes. This all seems pretty easy so far though.

@jchildress The thing I made is very simplistic, I didn't know what it was going to be used for at that time, and it doesn't take hierarchy into account. I think it might be a good idea to back this using

I'm using the gluon map to lay them out... i just need/want to have lines connecting the nodes...
