yes. i like the stackpane overlay pattern so that the underlying layout doesn’t break

i’d add some javafx shapes or fontawesome arraows

Cool. I'll try that tomorrow. Or possibly save it, since it can be added easily without breaking backwards compatibility.

Old habits die hard

Hey all, sorry I've dropped off the grid again and stopped editing the guide. O'Reilly was eager to get a new project finished before Christmas. I'm shooting a "Reactive Python for Data" video in San Francisco in about 10 days.

Python has grown on me in some ways. RxPy has helped make it enjoyable, but still not as enjoyable as RxKotlin (or Kotlin altogether).

assumes that your Vertex children are direct children, but they are children of the Group you've added directly to the DagLayout.

if I add the Vertex straight to the pane they dont draw directly

if I put the Vertex (which as you know is a pane) in the DagLayout(which is a pane too) it only draws the line and the text, not the background color and border
