Property delegate must have a 'getValue(Task, KProperty*>)' method. None of the following functions is suitable.

The "new style properties" require these special imports. It's one down side compared to the old style ones, but they look better.

You can almost always just import

tornadofx.*

and you're good to go.

@lutz It looks like the classloader is modified somehow. I've added an extra safeguard in the latest head, can you try with 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT? You would have to do

git clone <https://github.com/edvin/tornadofx> && cd tornadofx && mvn install

and update your version number. Is that possible for you?

@edvin Bad news. Nothing changed after rebuild DMG an (uninstall) install the App. The exception on startup is the same as above.

No not directly. But I will try to build an example project.

@lutz Great. I've been deploying apps this same way with no issues, and looking at the code, all it does is accessing a file called /form.css at the base of the classpath. You could even check for this file manually to see what happens.

@lutz The file is included inside the tornadofx.jar so for it to be missing seems.. well, impossible 🙂 hehe

@lutz Maybe I read the error message wrong, maybe the file is present, but it fails is

StyleManager.findMatchingStyles

for some other reason.

@lutz What java version are you building with? Is it the same you're running with in the IDE?

JDK1.8.0_101 build is using system JRE which is 1.8.0_111 I will update my sdk, but the error exists before my system jre was updated
