I'll let it slide then 😎 I've only ever said S-Q-L. I keep thinking it's just an abbreviation, and I have no idea where "sequel" is coming from. If you want to call something sequel, it should be no-sql databases. They are the sequel to SQL-databases 🙂 hehe

@thomas I think you're showing your Python background with the discussion about curly braces.

I think people say SQL a lot when what they really should say is "relational databases".

@edvin I know at least in English, we are fond of trying to find ways to pronounce acronyms.

I think in german we pronounce various technical terms very strange. I can't remember them right now, but sure they're there
