even. We need to test, but this would be a big win for portability of the plugin for sure. Many Windows users won't have scp installed, and might never have used keys etc.

I agree I'll make a ticket and in the weekend look into it also looking at making a maven plugin

fragment.openModal(); fragment.modalStage?.isResizable = false

this would fail if you use the

block = true

option, so it's much better to do it from the

onDock

callback inside the fragment. I also added the

resizable

parameter 🙂

I’ve published a draft guide to the UI programming kotlin coroutines with JavaFx-based examples. It does not use TornadoFx, but that is just because it is mostly focused on showing coroutine-related aspects. It is not about the way you actually build UI. It is currently in

develop

branch and I plan to push it to

master

with the next release of

kotlinx.coroutines

@Ruckus Yeah, that thing is not even half done, and it only works for the most basic use case right now. I just wanted to set everything up to see that I could make it. Now there is a tedious job waiting to parse and then write back the changed values.

Yeah, I think even if it's not a killer feature, it's very cool and it shows commitment to the project. I really should finish it, but it's hard because of the missing documentation. I'm mostly guessing, and some times I get it right.

Just asking if anyone has come across this error before. If not, no biggie. I recently upgraded a project to kotlin 1.1.0 and tornadofx 1.7.0 and I get the following when I try to run it:

I have rebuilt, created a new project, no luck.. just checking...

Version is set to 1.6 in IntelliJ

For Kotlin....

It was my mistake... I had an old version of kotlin-test-junit that included the 1.0.4 run time... all good now 🙂

Did you take care of the JVM setting too @jchildress ? I think we're standardized on 1.8.
