I am not sure if I am on drugs and you already had those screenshots or you have just edited question, but this was me trying to find something related in IJ. I would assume that disabling that would stop auto reloading, but I didn't try that

I had them before but no worries. I expected that as well but it does not seem to have any effects 🤷
