I wrote a very hacky way of converting a Kotlinx Serialization JsonObject to an XML string, but then I realised I didn't need it. I didn't want to delete it, and it's not good enough to commit somewhere, so I'm using Slack to make a back up in the slim chance I need it, or maybe someone knows of something better! Comments & criticisms are welcome
