Yes, a good idea would be to include your Slack nick in the proposal, so the mentor could find you in Slack and provide feedback/ask more questions

Or if you know the mentor then you can ask them in DM about questions you have regarding your proposal.

If the questions are generic then it's better to ask them here in #gsoc channel
