Please pay attention to the formal difference between "parameters" and "arguments" definitions when you submit your proposals for the Improve support for parameter forwarding in the Kotlin plugin for IntelliJ IDEA project

In the ideas list we write "parameters completion", and we really mean "parameters completion", not "arguments completion"
