The way I understand it is that refunds are still possible, but it’s basically no longer possible to arrange attending the conference unless you already have purchased a ticket.

One of my colleagues was planning to transfer their ticket to me if their visa doesn’t arrive in time. I guess now the only option is refund (if the visa doesn’t arrive), and for me the livestream :blob-smile:

Certain special cases may be viable but they have to be justified. A visa refusal can either lead to a refund or a transfer but you need to contact us directly.

Depending on the circumstances, we are prepared. I hope though that the visa will be accepted in time for my awesome Android colleague :crossed_fingers: !
