Hello! I can see in the README.md that R2DBC + SQL Server is currently unstable. Is there a roadmap/plan to make this stable?

Hello! We believe that the SQL Server R2DBC driver is unstable, not Komapper. This is because the same test cases work without issues on other R2DBC drivers.
We need to wait for the SQL Server R2DBC driver to be stable.
