The <https://kotlinlang.org/docs/multiplatform-hierarchy.html#see-the-full-hierarchy-template|full hierarchy template> is missing the `android` (JVM) target. Is this intentional? Anything to do with `android()` being replaced by `androidTarget()` in Kotlin 1.9?

I would love to see a shared jvm + android intermediate source set supported in the default hierarchy.
