Is there a reason for the Kotlin plugin not providing help when hovering over language keywords (such as fun ,while ,import ,sealed,internal )? I think such a feature would greatly help newcomers to the language.

For reference: Rust Analyzer in VSCode provides this kind of documentation for language keywords
