Hi, how is the speaker feedback meant to be interpreted? Score is out of 3 where higher = better? But then there are green/yellow/red votes and I'm not sure how the score is being calculated from those.
d
also it was somewhat confusing that 🟢 (best?) was on the left and 🔴 (worst?) was on the right so we had
good - neutral - bad
vs what is generally
bad - neutral - good
pattern
*or at least thats what I thought but it looks like it counts 🔴 as 3?
m
Ah, I just got a reply. The colors are indeed reversed.
c
So red is bad and high score is bad?
m
No. Red is good and a high score is good.
they're going to send out a fixed email
c
Oh LOL. That's very confusing. Usually red = thumbs down.
m
It was a mistake. Guess I'm not the only one that was temporarily really bummed out lol 😆

Other problems: it is not clear the total is out of 3. It is mentioned farther down below, but it should be very close to the given score. Also the formula is completely opaque. All of the normal ones you would try do not result in the number they give you.

Are y'all doing something with the information? Like, I can see how many good, meh and bad ratings I had, and my "score" compared to the average, but other than that what does the actual score matter? It's not like you cash it in for prizes or something, right?
h
@rharter not much you can do other than see red flags such as way too many reds or yellows. Hopefully the written feedback may be of value. @jw the score compared against average and indicating it's out of 3.0 should have actually been below the box. The issue is on the mass mailing, the feedback was inserted and got pushed down. We'll fix for next time. Sorry.

Yeah the follow-up email helped quite a bit. I saw a lot of red and then a 2.something score and assumed it was out of 100. But then I read it was out of 3 and couldn't figure it out.
