Actually, this is jetbrains' kotlin slack.
So all channels are supposed to be about issues using kotlin related to the channel.
Jetbrains and occasionally Google folks monitor these channels to smooth out issues using Kotlin...e.g. kotlin version mismatches with AGP or Gradle plugins or pro guard issues.
