since I updated to kotlin 1.8.22 I run regularly into timeout issues on github actions with OS = windows. Does this sound familiar to someone? I guess I can increase the mocha timeout but it's strange that this always only happens with windows, never with ubuntu.

how long are your workflows? I generally noticed that Windows runs are 2-3 slower than the ones on Ubuntu, probably because Windows’ IO is slower

it usually fails for very simple tests which shouldn't take much time, something like
