Our iOS devs reach out about creating large models with most params being defaulted (nullable) ,
especially for patch requests where they just want to edit one param

I searched around could not find any workaround

The only solution I found was to create a <https://github.com/telereso/kmp-annotations/issues/20|new annotation> to fix this,

But wanted to check if this is already done or planned
