In case anyone knows any workaround for following....it worked ok on one laptop for me but others are also seeing it fail for this same reason....seems like `git-lfs` doesn't play well when using GH for swift packages! <https://kotlinlang.slack.com/archives/C3PQML5NU/p1686999258759459>

only "workaround" I can think of is to have `Package.swfit` in separate repo (particularly given that xcframework zip in our case isn't actually published to gh package repo)
