When I manually run a test on CommonTest (by clicking on the green play icon), I am always asked which target to use (in this case Android or Desktop). Is it possible to avoid this prompt all the time, by defining a default target for manual tests on CommonTest?

As far as I know, it's not possible. If you run the same test often, you can save the run configuration it creates. Other than that, maybe create a feature request on https://kotli.in/issue?
