Is it possible for detekt to hook into the KotlinTargetHierarchyDsl to register tasks for intermediate source sets (like apple, ios, posix, etc...)?

Now that the target hierarchy is stable in Kotlin 1.9.20 (1.9.20 stable docs aren't released yet) would it be possible for detekt to hook into it for registering tasks?
