Recently, I bump into a lot of  `Source files were not indexed to reduce startup time`  when navigating to symbols in libraries (using `C-232.8660.48, built on July 12, 2023` right now). Shorter startup times is a valid concern but ultimately the whole point of having an IDE is being able to navigate quickly in codebases and having to click and wait every time kind of defeats the purpose. Is there something I can do to make the indexing automatic? Or maybe in the background when the IDE is Idle? I seemed to remember it wasn't always like that?
