I find Nautilus in Linux as natural as command prompt in Windows. As for me, I don't use Nautilus, but use PCManFM as file manager in some limited manner -- view, navigate directories, easily mount/unmout drives, and spawning terminal emulator for file ops sometimes. File copy even via such a lightweight is performed very-very-very rarely, but it's just a matter of habit
