Thinking about it a little bit more, I’m not sure that’s a good way of thinking about time allocation. Because “Future” work usually produces “Tomorrow” work when it’s successfuly (ie. it leads to the adoption of new technology or architecture, which needs to be implemented). And when you do “Tomorrow” work it’s with the intent of reducing tomorrow’s “Today” work. So the relationship between the categories is different.
