I find it more obvious when you increase the number of doors. Let's say you have 100 doors instead. The problem would then read: Imagine you have 100 doors. Only one has a price. You choose Door 1, but then all other doors except Door 3 is opened, revealing no prize. You are offered a switch to Door 3. Should you switch?
