That’s very close to my reading as well Cedric, especially given that `when we adopted Dart, the language did not have an ahead-of-time toolchain ... the Dart team built it for Flutter` that doesn’t completely add up with the “We picked Dart because it fulfills these things (including AoT compilation)“, because that quote implies that Dart didn’t support that until after the Flutter team picked it, and they somehow got the Dart team to build them an entirely new toolchain for their needs?!
