a tiny portion would be my answer.. conceptual anemia is so rampant in tech, sadly.. there’s a philosopher named David Lewis who is now famous for his fondness for ‘possible worlds’ which was a forerunner of multiverses, his first book was his PhD thesis about Convention, it makes a great read for people in tech: half the organisms are just minor one offs of some other organism that are basically reinstating existing conventions, good and bad..
