The question was about workforce, hiring, training, etc. The answer is that it’s easy to learn, people normally don’t have any issues with that, and that you don’t need to rewrite everything in Kotlin because of 100% interop. I’m pretty sure in coming weeks (or months) we will see a lot of job postings on Kotlin, and the dead-loop will be broken.
